I believe that therapy can help people in different ways depending on where they are in their lives and what they need at the time. Therapy can be general support through a life issue or it can be a deeper process in understanding the connection between past and present stress. In my practice; my main goal is to understand. When we as people feel heard and understood; connection to self and others becomes less stressful. My therapeutic style is eclectic and based on the persons needs.
