I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been in the helping profession since 2003. I am the type of therapist who will gently help you speak your truth; instead of just holding your hand. Because of that; I do my best work helping those clients who are ready to roll up their sleeves and change or revamp their ways of thinking; feeling; and doing. I believe what makes me a good therapist is a client who feels ready to do their work. If that is you; I hope to work with you soon.

I'm from the Pacific Northwest and currently live on Oahu; Hawaii; with my husband and 2 girls under 2. I believe in creating balance in life and instill this in my clients because I understand the challenge of building a purposeful yet enjoyable life. I founded my private practice to help young women find the freedom and courage to live with purpose and joy. I'm passionate about guiding women through anxiety and emotions; which often hold them back from an empowered; and fulfilled life. Seeing my clients gain freedom is what I work towards with my clients. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon.
