I have been in clinical practice over thirty years and am generally perceived as a kind and wise man. My method is Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Influences are: Virgina Satir; Joseph Campbell; Joseph Goldstein; Victor Frankle; Sam Harris. I encourage most clients to begin some awareness mindfulness" practice. I am goal focused and remain that way throughout. All work is centered on increasing awareness of the unconscious and subconscious thought patterns that perpetuate maladaptive behavior.
