I earned my MSW in 2007 from Marywood University and have been working in the field for 17 years. I have spent most of my career working with Veterans and the military community. My approach to therapy varies; but in general I use CBT; mindfulness and DBT-based strategies. The values I find most important in a client-therapist relationship are trust; kindness; and humor.
