Hello; and welcome to Talkspace. I'm happy you're here and want to tell you a little bit about myself. I'm a native Coloradoan who loves exploring the Four Corners region and the southwest US. I'm the youngest of four; all proud baby boomers. I have the honor of living with and caring for my 95 year old mother. I am a mother; mother-in-law; daughter; sister; and aunt. My favorite activities are taking care of my lawn and garden; going to the mountains (sometimes doing a little catch and release fishing); occasionally binge-watching Seinfeld and The Office; and watching Doc Martin (PBS) with my mom.

We all have experiences that have impacted us and it's my goal in my practice is to be a space for clients to feel heard; understood; and gain insight and skills to help navigate an ever-changing world as their best self. I have worked in a variety of settings with this goal in mind. From someone in crisis to those struggling with addiction who continue to find themselves in the criminal justice system. I use MI; DBT; ACT; and add my own love of geek culture" as a way to connect with; and help clients grow."
