Statement on Fake Job Fraud
Thank you for your interest in Talkspace! If you are applying for a job, you should be aware that there are recruiting scams and fake job listings to gather your personal and financial information. To protect yourself from these scams, we want to clarify how we recruit for positions at Talkspace so you can more easily identify fraudulent recruiting activities.
All of our current job openings are available on this page. If you see a listing for a job at Talkspace that is not also listed on this job board, it is fraudulent.
Talkspace’s recruitment staff only sends email communications to job applications from a “@talkspace.com” email address. Any email claiming to be from Talkspace that does not have a “@talkspace.com” address is fraudulent and not from Talkspace.
Talkspace only conducts job interviews by telephone, or by video conference via Google Meets and Zoom. We conduct multiple rounds of interviews and would never extend a job offer after one round of interviews.
Talkspace never requires any job applicants to provide personal information, such as social security number or financial information, prior to onboarding. We also never require any form of payment during the hiring process.
We take every precaution on making the recruitment and interview process at Talkspace the best experience for everyone. If you believe you have been the victim of a job recruiting fraud scam, you can file an incident report at http://www.cybercrime.gov, or contact your local law enforcement.
